This is very sad to hear Jon that you feel this way as we do pride ourselves in going the extra mile, but just to clarify, you signed two 6 month contracts at your request and then stayed a further 9 months on a rolling tenancy. The landlord did address the damp problem and spent 10k to try and rectify the issue. I have always kept you updated throughout all the works process and looking back through our correspondence its full of smiley faces and well wishes from both sides. Genuinely upset that you left feeling this way about Kimberley's and the need to write this sort of review.
