Digs are a whole new level of incompetence. If you plan on needing help with any issues your house may have, then you can stand back and watch as they proceed to acknowledge the issue (if you're lucky) then make multiple excuses as to why its taking so long. This may be an issue with the landlord as it's all "out of their control",or just the fact they deny they have keys to the rooms until they turn up with them a week later.They allowed our house to have a cooker that short-circuited the entire house whenever certain sections of the hob was turned on. The response from our loving estate agents was to just use the rest of the cooker (an obvious health hazard). It took them 3 weeks to fix this, in the mean time we couldn't cook without blowing all the lights and electricity in the house. This was just one of the many disregards for our safety.Although it wasn't a great start when we walked in the house the front door handle fell off and the kitchen smelt strongly of sick. We were repeated told that there was no smell and treated like a burden on Digs rather than a customer.Overall i would say this is a poor established company with no clear sense of leadership or control. They don't seem to understand there reason for existence.1 Star (because at least I had a home - sort of)

I have used Digs to let my property for serveral successful years and will continue to do so. I dont know what all the fuss is about!
Be very wary of handing over your cash to this company. Assuming they pick up the phone, they will shaft you at every turn and no matter how clean you leave the property there's a miniscule bit of carpet fluff or Mark that's going to cost you dear. Typical no morals student landkotl . If your room mates also don't clean their parts you will also be penalised .Avoid .
*ZERO STARS* This is possibly the WORST EVER letting agency my flatmates and I been through. The agents there are horrible. Most are EXTREMELY unprofessional and rude. When you try to communicate with them they won't help you out. When paying for an agency, supposedly you are paying for their help - those agents only put you down and try to rip you off. Communication takes absolutely ages and they ignore you for as long aspossible.Not even mentioning upon arrival the house was absolutely FILTHY! No, the house has not been cleaned e.g. tampons/pads in the bin were left. It was (still is) mouldy and falling apart. For god sake, there are holes in the house! The house is horrendous and the room prices are overpriced for what you get. I am sure Digs will now try to comment with a smart reply. From reading the comments nothing has changed, they are still rude. As 'professionals' you should always keep your head cool - unlike a client who yes, can be rude if unhappy.
