Students beware! This lot are only after your money. The service is appalling, they leave properties in a dangerous state, they are rude and keep deposits. Find yourself a caring agent who does not think it's alright to treat you like rubbish once they have your money. If you have problems report them and do not let them get away this disgusting behavior. Parents, please make sure your kids are safely away from this lot! I've been sick with worry over whether my child was going to get electrified or the house burn down while he slept. Happily we have found a brilliant letting agent now, there not all nasty and only interested in money.
Moving in is a daunting experience, with little to no help from LHW this process was a lot more stressful. They lack huge communication between staff and customers. I advise nobody, especially students, to proceed with Lewis Haughton Wills.
