Cheap but you get what you pay for
Ive never been made to feel so welcomed at a gym before! New Era has a lovely, non intimidating atmosphere with really friendly staff and members. The classes offered are great! I find class programs boring and repetitive, the instructors at New Era always make up their own routines and exercises making it much more fun, and there is a lower option when I need it! I couldnt recommend highly enough, very affordable too!
I joined in July and have been helped & encouraged to come to classes by Chris & the friendly members. My fitness has increased & I have lost nearly 2 stone. The classes are great, increasingly hard work at your own level. I especially loved the spinning & dance classes & relaxing stretch ones. Then coffee afterwards : )
