Lovely hotel- very welcoming reception and restaurant staff - who actually seemed genuine which is refreshing. We had cosy but spacious room with sea view- very comfortable bed. We didn't stay for an evening meal as there was a fire alarm. Great choice at breakfast - rather than just a hot buffet which is a real bonus. Spa facilities were average. Great location for Falmouth - short but fairly steep walk. Would stay again.
A polite and very helpful receptionist who helped sort out a parking issue. Be aware you have to register your vehicle registration number at the reception desk when visiting the premises.
We had a fantastic couple of nights here. The room was top-notch with Prosecco on ice, the facilities were great and not too busy, and the food was spectacular. The staff, in particular the dining team, were very welcoming. They were knowledgeable about the food and made us a few special drinks using their own gin and local tonics. Will visit again.
Clean room, good service and varied and delicious breakfast! I had porridge with soymilk and avocado on toast ( I added a bit of salt and pepper and it was heavenly! ) Nice swimming pool and gym which are free for guests. Also nice and friendly staff!
AMAZING romantic anniversary break. Awesome food (and wine!).Could not rate the service higher... the staff were attentive to our every need. Highly recommend the massage - worth every penny.
