True delicious food!! Lunch Set menu is good value for money. Dinner is a bit more expensive as its a la carte. I recommend the kalette side dish, which is a mix of Brussels sprouts and kale put together. They are absolutely delicious. The decor of the restaurant is beautiful with nice paintings on the wall.
Had lunch today and it was fantastic. It was the best fish and chips we have ever had .My husband says the Sticky Toffee Pudding was excellent too. Will definitely be returning before we go home.
The staff were very friendly and helpful especially one young girl. I wish I'd got her name because I received a 'how did we do' email the next day (having booked online) and would have loved to have named her for special recognition, she was lovely. For the starter my friend and I had the sharing platter which was absolutely delicious. The portions were a little small for the price but I would have it again. For the main course I had the salmon fish cakes which were very disappointing, they had tiny scraps of salmon which were so small you could barely taste them. I'm guessing the fish cakes were 80 - 90% potato! My friend had the curry which she said was very hot, just as she likes it. We also shared the four cheese chips. Loads of cheese on them - well worth the money.
Absolutely delicious!!! The best mussels I've ever had, had a bowl to put the shells in, a finger bowl, spoon and the bread was delicious! Would definitely eat here again! Really good value for money. Nice and clean, toilets clean, staff lovely and even brought out a small knife and fork for little one.
Indonesian curry, with various bits of fish and seafood with rice was excellent! Couldn't fault it, or the great service. Mussels were also very good and the kids helping of scampi and chips was quite large. Nice restaurant, slightly on the cool side, clean toilets. Left satisfied.
