Check what deals they have has staff feel they don't have to inform you and Ruben is extremely rude and couldn't careless regards customer service last time we will have dealing with them
The last pizza I bought had incorrect toppings, but they only offered 5 credit towards the next order instead of a free pizza. The 5 credit is also only available through the phone, not their website. Tried calling and asking for the 5 credit as well as student discount which I usually get through the website (Student Beans) they said they don't have any student discounts (lie) and said I need to pay full price and the credit would take away from that, so technically it's not a credit if I can't order how I'd like if it's on their terms.Ordered for delivery over the phone (paid extra because they didn't give me my student discount, and -5 made it the same as a normal online order with the student discount, so the credit is rigged to do nothing for you) one hour later and still no response from them. I call again and realise they marked the order as collection by mistake. They say they'll send me one ASAP and apologise.20 minutes later the delivery arrives, boxes are room temperature when I get them. Bring it in and open the box, it's the very same pizza and sides I ordered more than one and a half hours ago, which sat in the store for around one hour. Called and asked about the order, they confirmed it was the same pizza...Pizza is hard and dehydrated at room temperature, chicken strips are soggy and chewy. Asked for a refund, they said the manager would call me back instead of simply refunding from common human courtesy.Not happy. Will not buy from this place again.
This is the second time I have ordered 2 garlic bread and they only delivered 1.. veg pizza, no peppers as I have an allergy to them but they put peppers on it. They have lost me as a customer. Terrible customer service.
