This is a proper job cafe. It's run by the owner and has her character stamped through it. She will make things to order and let you know what specials she has on today. And the food will be special, she always has a decent menu. It's tucked away and very small, so you aren't guaranteed to get a table as it's quite popular because the food is so good. I would say please be respectful of the size and that the same person serving you is also the one devising and cooking the amazing food you'll be eating. It's not your average cafe. More like stepping into someone's home really as it's quite intimate.
Amazing coffee and stunning food in a comfortable atmosphere and great host. Love the art on the walls too. Highly recommend.

Entered late afternoon on a Friday holding my 8-month old to find Pea Souk empty bar the owner and checked she was still open. Her abrupt response was yes but you cant come in here with a pushchair. Shocked I asked why? She then told us there wasnt room and itd take up space for other customers. I replied to say but theres nobody in here?. I wanted to continue and say we could fold up the pushchair or, should other customers arrive, move it outside... but the owner jumped in very short tempered to declare my cafe, my rules. Clearly unwelcome we left.Utterly unnecessary and uncalled for attitude and simply rude, even if those are the rules maybe just be nice?Looking at reviews not a one off. Shame.
The finest calibre fare - easily the tastiest, most well-balanced and most nutritious food in Falmouth. Not for the faint hearted though, the chef can feel your shadows.
