We had a fabulous, bespoke wedding cake from Simply Baked. We wanted something out of the ordinary that reflected our lifestyle - we weren't disappointed. After discussing our tastes and thoughts, Josie rose to the challenge and designed and created the perfect cake, incorporating my love of swimming together with my husband's love of custom cars. It was perfect first time, we wouldn't have changed a thing, it was inspired. A visually stunning, individual cake that tasted delicious as well! I have no hesitation in recommending Simply Baked, whatever your occasion!
Nothing but positive to say about Josie and her unbelievable cakes!!She has made two cakes for us for birthday parties.The first, was a woodland themed cake with matching cupcakes. The cake was a real centre piece for the party table and it captured everything we wanted. Not only did it look amazing, but it tasted amazing too. Josie took a really simple brief from us and turned it into something trusty brilliant.The second cake was another masterpiece. Our daughters two favourite animals, a unicorn and a zebra, were turned into a zoonicorn which sat on top of a gorgeous cake. Again, Josie took an idea and created something that simply couldnt be bought off a shelf. The cake was delicious and it really made our little girls day.We wouldnt go anywhere else for cakes - Josie is brilliant and in a league of her own. Her work is faultless and tastes so so good.
