Polite and friendly staff although parking a little restricted
Probably my favourite Pets at Home. Staff are always welcoming and ready to help. Plenty of space in the aisles, ideal if you want to bring your dog in with you. Lots of choice with food, treats and toys! Prices are reasonable, always lots of offers on. Plenty of information available about pet care. Parking outside, trolleys and baskets available.
Staff seem all very over rehearsed, I went into their Falmouth store and to be honest I wish I hadn't. They took about half an hour to serve me and when they finally did it seemed to drag out for ages with information i had just told them i knew. In fact I'd actually spoken about my experience in great detail, which they then repeated to me. Just a tip....Staff could be more friendly instead of patronising.
