Very clean and friendly, I would recommend a stay here if you are visiting Falmouth.

Brilliant and affordable please to stay in a great location. Reason for not giving 5 stars though, is the house from the beer garden will keep you up throughout the night. This isn't a deal breaker, just something to consider.
The owners Mark & Hanna hosted my 50th birthday party and I can not recommend them enough, the food was lovely, nothing was too much trouble... they were so accommodating. The friendly, relaxed atmosphere and surroundings and staff made my special day certainly one to remember.
Great host, great location but a bit too noisy due to location for us. Really enjoyed our stay at Falmouth, but came home tired. We were dead opposite a Car Park and Businesses taking early morning deliveries, and in the 'Inn' the doors were constantly banging due to them all having older door closers fitted. Today's 'soft close' option would work better in Hotels of this type. Also the 'Fire Monitor' and 'Exit' sign in the rooms are very bright at night. The location at the bottom end of town, opposite the Harbour and the Train Station around the corner were a brilliant bonus. There is so much to do and visit with dozens of good eating options on your doorstep. I'd still recommend Cutty Sark, and definitely Falmouth but be aware it's a busy lively town. Choose your location carefully if you are in need of peace and quiet.
