Good common sense advice.
I have paid 180 to this firm in order to receive a deed of covenant that I need to complete the purchase of new home.Two and a half weeks later.....nothing. They have no concept of urgency or realisation that it is peoples lives they are messing with.Perhaps a little adverse publicity might kick them in to action, but somehow I doubt it.

Do not use this firm of incompetent fools. Any work carried out will be littered with errors and often outright lies. Nadler's solicitors are incapable of even employing sub-primary school levels of grammar and spelling. Be very wary of any positive reviews as they are all seemingly written by their own staff, often brazenly. We lost out on the purchase of a new home due to their ineptitude, were forced into renting and hence lost thousands of pounds in the process.You have been warned, go elsewhere.
I went for a free consultation a few years ago the service I received was excellent.I am about to return to use them for my daughter and have no hesitation doing so.
