Bad experience. Took back a Christmas gift, as I couldn't find anything suitable, I was told I would have to have a gift voucher as they don't refund. However, as the amount was 37, they don't do GV with odd amounts, so I was asked to give them 3 so they could round it up to 40! I asked if I could have a GV for 35 and have the 2 difference, but apparently they don't give any cash back! A policy of BWG! What a con... Contacting Trading Standards... As their jewellery is all cleverly priced with barely anything at the 40 price, meaning, I'll have to put even more money to the final bill. I've never experienced this anywhere before. Once the GV is used, I won't set foot in BWG again, and will make sure my family/friends are made aware of this con!
