Used to be great, such a shame :( Lovely receptionists, nurses and female doctors. All been absolutely wonderful, would be zero stars if it wasn't for them. If you need a female doctor though, I strongly advise you plan your illness as getting an appointment with one is almost impossible a lot of the time. I would advise you stay clear of the male doctors. A 7 hour day of consultation is apparently very tiring for one of the male doctors which explains why he may come across as having a lack of compassion or not even bothering to take any notice of you. I have this in writing from the practice manager. If he could manage to update medical records correctly it would be good, make things easier for people if details are correct and up to date, which he seems unable to do. I've been with this surgery longer than any of the doctors there and I've just left due to the serious lack of help from either of the male doctors and due to a letter full of bull**** excuses from the practice manager to try and cover up a certain male doctors failure to do his job correctly. From my personal experiences over the last few months and there's been a lot unfortunately, if you want an excellent service I strongly recommend you only see the female staff, they do want to help

Had to use this surgery as an emergency while here. Saw a fantastic Dr who took her time and listened. All staff were friendly & accommodating.
Terrible treatment of a friend. Rude doctors and lack of treatment. Wouldn't be surprised if they still kept leeches on the shelves.DO NOT USE,,
