So sad. Last visit to our M and S today. It was a lovely shop. Only be able to visit the Truro branch approximately 3 times per year.
Good food section but the rest is a little dated but as always great helpful staff, convincing me that 6 portions of red cabbage for crimbo was not too much for one... How right she was!

Wouldn't let my wife sit down and eat a sandwich from the shop part even though she suddenly felt dizzy and unwell.We offered to buy a coffee each and theybstikl refused us to sit down - I had to carry everything and a child over to the coffee shop Neros- They where happy to accommodate us.Very poor service
It's such a shame that Falmouth is closing down in February.It is the heart of the community in the town. A great deal of elderly people rely on M & S.There won't be any decent shops left.The service is exelent, friendly & very efficient.
