I booked an appointment to address a particular dental issue at Park Vale Surgery, I discussed the dental problem I had with the Receptionist on the phone prior to booking an appointment. The Receptionist assured me that if made an appointment to see one of the Dentists I could have my issue resolved. I attended my appointment 1500 6 Feb 19, having taken the afternoon off work and was seen 15 minutes late, only to be told by the dentist that what I actually required was private treatment (which I new anyway, as I'd already discussed it on the phone with the Receptionist prior to my appointment). The Dentist nor Dental Nurse could tell me whether or not one of the other Dentists at the practice could resolve my issue. - The Dental Nurse's excuse for this whole scenario was that the Dentists and Reception Team are new, so weren't to know. - I'd at the very least expect a Dentist, Dental Nurse and Dental Surgery Receptionist to be well-versed in the dental treatments available at their practice. - Complete incompetence, avoid and find a professional Dental Surgery.
