We love this store. Friendly and accommodating staff and well-kept store. There is limited parking which includes parent & toddler and well placed disabled bays near the ramp. They have great bargains and 5 meal deals which are great for family meals. They sell a good range of produce and give an NUS discount.
The top 3 best shops in Falmouth everything is a low price the food is amazing and the staff are very friendly.I only live 5 minuets away so I can shop here everyday.I shop here nearly every week and Im telling you if you whant some bread and extras shop at the co op everything is under 2.
Female worker there was rude and not helpful at all.. Will not continue to use this store if she continues to work there.. I'm not to only person who share my thoughts
The staff are extremely helpful and courteous. I would however appreciate better selection of good beef. I noticed on your main web site you supplied Aberdeen Angus beef. I have never seen Angus beef at Falmouth. I appreciate that your area is very small, and you cannot keep everything. However, as you know, most of the houses around this area are privately owned and people will pay for a good product. Why do you not have a week of Angus beef and find out the response from your customers.Kind regards, Jim Kerr, TR11 4LA.
I'm several inches above 6 foot. Whilst that might sound like a unorthodox declaration to make when beginning a review of a local Co-op, just hear me out. This local convenience store is well positioned, has a good range of well laid out parking and has friendly staff - all you could want from a Co-op you may say. Well you'd be wrong. My gripe that I bring forth to you today is with the shape of the food fridges. They're just ridiculous. Who on earth commissioned such bizarre, spine-breaking machines? For those who have not been to this branch of Co-op yet, I should perhaps explain. These fridges, that I think I'm fair to say are poorly designed as best, start at about knee level and finish at chest level. This means in order to see which food is in fact available to purchase you must either squat down, which in my opinion is a little too low as you then have to look up, or bend at the hip, placing undue stress on the spine (especially if one has just picked up a larger butternut squash and a punnet of cherry tomatoes). What makes things even more puzzling is when you visit the alcohol section, the fridges are optimum size! My theory is this, no one in their right mind would have brought in these fridges. There must be an alterior motive. I think there is a conspiracy going on with the local chiropractor or osteopath to treat those who undergo 'Co-op lumbar strain'. If I had the funds to investigate further I would, but for now I will just have to suffer in silence.
