Thanks for getting our van back on the road and keeping an ultimately expensive job as cheap as possible. If you are in Cornwall, have a VW T5 and feel anything is a miss get it to these guys for a check up sooner rather than later...and potentially save yourself a small fortune!
We experienced car trouble during our holiday and went to find a garage. We wound up here and Debbie and the crew went out of their way to help us. They did a full electronics check to find the trouble and called multiple collegues to see if they could help us. Didn't charge us anything for it. They provided us with helpful tips so we could continue our travels and we made it home safely. Super nice and kind. Big thanks to them.

We broke down in our shogun 4x4 with lights flashing all over the dash. Geabox fault! Panic set in, its autobox and we had visions of terminal failure.The main dealer wasn't interested and couldnt fit us in anyway.Found Gary on the internet and checked their reviews and they looked to be the people who could help.Gary and the team were fantastic. Over the phone Gary talked us through some checks we could do, and following those and lots of other questions about what the car was doing confirmed the gearbox had gone into a safe mode and the other warning lights were associated with that and that it could be driven carefully to their garage for more detailed inspection. They got us booked in at short notice and on arrival straight into a comprehensive diagnostic check. Quickly got to the root of the problem, not the gearbox itself but an electrical fault somewhere else and 3 related fault codes.We could have easily been told needs a new gearbox from a less trust worthy place.They clearly know their stuff about gearboxes and clutches etc.Great service from a truly helpful team.ThanksRich
