I love the Falmouth art gallery. I visit Falmouth a few times a year and I always visit the gallery. It has a very special permanent collection of Cornish art a changing selection of which is always displayed. A particular specialism is automata. There are always some on display and a special exhibition if you're lucky. They can always be operated by visitors, too. You should try the water maiden who throws your coin into her treasure. There is always a temporary exhibition as well, with friendly and welcoming staff. Highest recommendation for an enjoyable visit.
